Time for Football

I know it’s only May.  It’s not even summer yet. Why, then, am I already looking ahead to a fall and winter sport?

Well, I believe that I have several good reasons.

First, I had two NBA teams that I cared about heading into the playoffs, and they’ve both been eliminated.

Second, I have two MLB teams that I care about, and they’re both paying sub-.500 ball.

Third, the NFL Draft and the release of the 2010 regular season schedule give official permission to begin looking ahead to the new season. 

We’ll take one or two last looks back at the year that was, but we’re about to replace the 2009 schedule and results with the 2010 schedule on this page, and we’re going to start looking forward to all that the new year may hold.
